1. Insurance is not included for any activity.

2. 5% VAT is not included for all activities.

3. Some activities require a minimum or maximum height and weight, contact us for more information.

4. The duration of the private zoo tour is 2 hours minimum and drinks are included in the price.

5. For all motorized activities, the original passport is mandatory for each driver (photos are not allowed).

6. The reservation is: 500aed min > 1500aed max, ask us for which activities.

7. For the private zoo tour children under 5 years old are free (presentation of the original passport).

8. Any breakdown of the motorized machine not caused by the customer must be reported immediately and a replacement machine of the same range or less or more depending on what is available will be replaced.

9. Cancellation of a reservation will result in a fee of 1 day or 1 hour or 25%, all depending on the activity.

10. You cannot give the motorized machine to a friend or family member for a ride or other.

11. You can contact us by email or WhatsApp for any activity requiring an invoice and a quote.

12. All activities except safari tourist do not have a driver to pick you up or drop you off, if you wish to have this option please contact us to offer you our services and conditions.

13. All the conditions of each activity will be explained to you on the day of your arrival and will also be sent to you on WhatsApp before.

14. For the reservation of any activity, an online payment link will be sent to you or we will send you a driver to collect the money from your hotel, an invoice will be provided to you on WhatsApp.

15. There is no cancellation and refund policy for yacht activity.

16. For apartment or villa and hotel and rbnb booking, the full amount will be required for booking, via online payment link or international transfer from your bank to ours, plan this 2 weeks before your arrival.

17. For any personal accident you must use your own health insurance.

18. You are required to follow the rules of the parks and attractions of Dubai or Abu Dhabi.

19. Any requests related to concierge are not included in the Horse Luxury Concierge Dubai fees.

20. Any tickets for museums and attractions are non-refundable and cannot be changed, please make sure that the date and time of your booking are correct before.

21. We have a VIP car and limousine driver section for your needs, please consult the website in the rent car and driver section.

22. For the private zoo, teenagers under 16 are not allowed to take pictures with the big cats.

23. For the private zoo, please respect the safety instructions of the zoo workers under penalty of exclusion.

24. Any delay for the yacht activities will be deducted from the time of the cruise.

25. A jetski can be brought on the yacht at your expense (on request) and any collision damage will be at your expense.

26. Certain activities, clothing is restricted as well as outside food (on request for more information).

27. We invite you to inquire about travel times and traffic via GPS before booking and leaving your hotel.

28. Sick people are not accepted in private or normal zoos.

29. Please note that baby animals grow and the zoo does not guarantee their availability.

30. Photos or videos will be sent for any request for information on activities.

31. For jetski rental, any accident must be compensated with a quote before you can get your passport back.

32. Please note that in the United Arab Emirates there is no insurance coverage for aquatic machines (jetski, jetsupercar, yacht, mini yacht) as well as desert machines (buggy, quad, motocross).

33. If you lose something in the sea water or in the desert sand, we are not responsible and the search time is not included in your activity time.

34. If you damage something inside the yacht, apartment or villa, a quote will be made and you should pay the bill the same day.

35. For the rental of the apartment, villa, rbnb, the deposit will be returned after verification.
