INFORMATION

• Rule number 1:
  Packs must be finished in a maximum of one month.
• Rule number 2:
  Any cancellation before the -6h session will be counted.
• Rule number 3:
  All workouts will be done at the TRAIN & FITNESS gym in the AL QUOZ district or at home only in the AL MANARA, SAFA, JUMEIRAH district.
• Rule number 4:
  You must have the equipment that the trainer asks you to have.
• Rule number 5:
  Payment will be made in cash on the day of the 1st session.
• Rule number 6:
  Any practice session should be paid 250 dirhams per hour.
• Rule number 7:
  The sessions can be 1 hour and 2 hours maximum, not changing the price.
• Rule number 8:
  We do specialized training for children, women or men.
• Rule number 9:
  You will be provided with a diet program that you must follow to have a result.
• Rule number 10:
  Group training can be done on request.
