1. Prior booking is strongly recommended.

2. An advance payment of 400 AED is required, with the remaining amount to be settled at the venue.

3. Please note that there are no refunds or cancellations; cancelling your booking will result in forfeiture of the advance payment.

4. Safety distances must be respected, and visitors are required to follow the instructions of zoo staff.

5. Pick-up and drop-off services are available upon request, subject to car availability and the package selected. Please note that pick-up and drop-off services are not included in the normal package.

6. Outside food is not permitted.

7. Visitors should be aware that there is no insurance coverage provided by the private zoo. Personal insurance, if any, will be applicable in case of any issues.

8. Individuals who are unwell are kindly requested not to visit the zoo to prevent any potential spread of illness.

9. Please be advised that baby animals may not be present due to their young age.

10. Open-toe footwear such as slippers are not permitted; only closed shoes with socks are allowed.

11.  Visitors are responsible for any injuries sustained from interacting with animals.

12.  It is important to adhere to all rules and guidelines provided by the zoo, its staff, or management.

13.  Visitors under the age of 16 are not permitted to take pictures with dangerous animals such as tigers or lions.

14. The duration of the visit is a minimum of 2 hours and includes complimentary refreshments such as water and soda.

15.  Children under the age of 5 are admitted free of charge.
